We respect your privacy. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a series of rights recognized by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Use the options below to exercise them over the personal data we hold.
How we process your request. When you submit a request from this page, our fulfillment provider, Consentmo, processes your email address and IP solely for the purpose of managing your request. You can consult the details in Consentmo's data processing policy.
If you prefer to do it in writing, you can also email us directly at info@pinoyjacaranda.com.
Access to your personal data
Request a report with all the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
Response time: we will respond within one month. If your request is particularly complex, we may extend it under the terms allowed by law and will inform you.
Data rectification
If any information in your account is incorrect or outdated, you can ask us to correct it.
Erasure or right to be forgotten
Use this option if you want us to delete your personal data from our store. Please note that this process also deletes your account, so you will lose access to your order history.
Important: some information must be retained when required by law or when there is a legitimate interest, such as for tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, or security.
Cookie preferences
Choose which cookies and technologies you allow us to use: you can enable analytics and disable advertising cookies, or any other combination. You can change this at any time.
You can consult the details of each cookie in our Cookie Policy.
Withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent for tracking technologies at any time. This will apply to your future browsing and will stop the collection of data for optional purposes.
Withdrawing consent does not delete already installed cookies. To remove them completely, also clear browsing data from your browser settings.
Restriction and objection to processing
In certain circumstances, you can ask us to temporarily restrict the processing of your personal data.
You also have the right to object to certain processing, including direct marketing and processing based on our legitimate interest.
